My nose is really big and fat I hate it and I need some advice on what to do, any suggestions?

Hi and thanks for your question. It is tough to answer you without a picture. I would need front on and profile pictures. In principle, this is a procedure that adds to your nose in an effort to make it straighter and better proportioned. In most cases, a straighter and better proportioned nose looks smaller because it blends in better to the rest of the face. However, whether it would work for you or not would necessitate better pictures and, probably, an in person consultation with a practitioner experienced in Non Surgical Rhinoplasty.

Additionally, injectable fillers would never lied to a smaller nasal appearance. Without any photographs, it would be impossible to comment on your particular condition. I recommend getting a formal evaluation with a cosmetic dermatologist to go over your desired results. Facial fillers (voluma, restylane, juvederm) can be used to improve the symmetry of the nose. However, surgery would be needed to improve nostrils or overall shape. See an expert. Best, Dr. Emer
