Had a nose fillers done before 2 days and I feel my nose hard and there is a little pain when I touch it. Should I worry about?

Based on your photos, I would not think that the isolated redness of the tip of your nose is normal five days after a temporary gel filler treatment. Since this may require antibiotics, you would be well served by communicating with your doctor so you can see what might be best for you moving...
