Nasal firmness and tenderness after an injectable filler treatment may persist for several days, depending on the situation. I hope this helps. Sincerely, Dr. Joseph
Thank you for your question. It is not unusual for a few days after a non surgical rhinoplasty to have some slight hardening of the tissues. Make sure that there is no redness or other signs of inflammation. I always advice my patients, after a non surgical rhinoplasty, to contact me immediately if there is any concern. I am sure that your surgeon will not mind if you do so.All the best.Andrea Marando MDCertified, European Board of Plastic Surgery Member, Am. Based on your photos, I would not think that the isolated redness of the tip of your nose is normal five days after a temporary gel filler treatment. Since this may require antibiotics, you would be well served by communicating with your doctor so you can see what might be best for you moving...
Your photo appears to show a wide nasal appearance and thick nasal tip skin. Rhinoplasty surgery may be considered for achieving a narrower nasal tip appearance. Vinegar and toothpaste may be good for salads and oral hygiene, but not for changing the shape of your nose. Thank you. Dr Joseph
Some people experience more swelling after a non-surgical nose job treatment than others. If you are still dissatisfied after your swelling has resolved, the dissolving enzyme works extremely well for dissipating HA after injection in the nose. I hope this helps. Sincerely, Dr. Joseph
