What happens to the fat that gets absorbed back to your body after any fat transfer procedure?

I know that some of the fat gets reabsored back to your body after a fat transfer, but I wonder what happens to those fat that goes back to your body? Do they go to random places in your body and forms fat there making you deformed? Or do they get eliminated through your body overtime?
