I know that some of the fat gets reabsored back to your body after a fat transfer, but I wonder what happens to those fat that goes back to your body? Do they go to random places in your body and forms fat there making you deformed? Or do they get eliminated through your body overtime?

No, that is not really true. Changes in the skin do occur throughout life but unless you add a tremendous amount of fat to the cheeks, there will be no stretching mechanism that can accomplish that kind of expansion. Implants can work well in many cases but your pic i not enough for me to offer...
You can get a lip lift procedure to decrease this area but often I find these do not look that great. Get a formal evaluation to determine what is best. Dr. Emer.
