Cheeks - Fat graft and fillers will stretch the skin?

I need more volume in front cheeks, in my 20s. i heard that if i dont do touch up of fat graft, then skin will be stretched out and sag. is it true? and why? should i go for implant instead?

I appreciate your concern, and physical exam would be optimal, but you have 2 main options. Fillers like Juvederm and Voluma work well but are temporary, and fat works well, lasts mostly forever, but requires a procedure. In your case either would work. It does not stretch out your skin. I am not a fan of facial implants, especially at your age.  Be sure to consult with a board certified plastic surgeon. Good Luck!

Sorry but I can not assess what you require. Fat grafts or fillers are a good way to augment areas of depression.  You would need to be seen in person to properly asses you. Best of luck.

No, that is not really true. Changes in the skin do occur throughout life but unless you add a tremendous amount of fat to the cheeks, there will be no stretching mechanism that can accomplish that kind of expansion. Implants can work well in many cases but your pic i not enough for me to offer an opinion. Good luck!
