I have had a labia plasty and clitoril hood reduction (1 year ago) And to be honest I am not very happy with the results How can I achieve the Barbie doll slit look so that when I am standing up right nothing is visible I was thinking a fat transfer would maybe help as would cover the protruding clitoris ? Please I am at my wits end I will never accept it the way it is its getting in the way of everything physically and mentally so appreciate any answers thanks
Answer: May or may not work Hi Soph191090Thanks for your question. I have copied my answer to your other one too :-)Fat transfer is a recognized procedure however it is permanent and the results are unpredictable and may require multiple fat transfers to achieve the result you are looking for. however they volumise the area that is depleted and looking at the pictures it seems that perhaps your surgeon was conservative and has not removed sufficient amount of the clitoral hood to make it invisible when you stand up. Fat transfer would simple not hide this, and the best treatment is possibly re excision and removal of more tissue to minimize the visible show.As your surgeon as by one year, everything should have settled enough to be able to assess the extent and the final outcome of your original surgery.Good luck getting the results you need.

Answer: Can fat transfer help me? There are three issues here that are important to address:1. You do need more volume (fat transfer) to your labia majora. This will improve the fullness and help cover some of the labia minora and the "gap" that you have. It is important to note that fat transfer is best accomplished in stages, so that not too much fat is added at any one time. It is easier to add more than to remove what is there. So plan on multiple stages.2. There is still excess projection of the clitoral hood and some of this can be attributed to your anatomy. A more pronounced clitoris is good (for sexual climax) but is very difficult and dangerous to reduce. Most GYNs would advise you to stay away from clitoral procedures as a loss of sensation to this area is tragic. 3. Mentally, you may be too focused on the look of this area or have expectations that are unrealistic. Remember, Barbie dolls give women false sense of body image and are really not achievable for normal women. Please be cautious when considering these types of procedures as they can cause more bad than good. Hope this helps.

Answer: Fat transfer to outer labia? Thank you for your question and pictures. A fat transfer to the outer labia will definitely improve the shape and fullness of your labia, I don't think it will cover your clitoral hood completely. You still have a lot of clitoral hood skin and in addition to being pretty wide, it sticks up past the top of your labia majora. That can't be changed with fat transfer.

Answer: Fat grafting There is lack of volume and the natural replacement is your own fat. This can be done under local anesthesia.
