Is it normal there are some holes in my lip lift incision after the stitches are removed?

I had a lip lift surgery done a week and a half ago. I had some sort of infection at the site of the incision and got on both oral and topic antibiotics for five days. I got my stitches removed and there are two noticeable holes on each side of the columella, not too big, less than a millimeter, left. I was wondering if there is a way to get them to close/disappear?

It is really two early to judge the appearance of the scar this early. The best person to answer your questions would be your surgeon. There are many oil glands in the area under the nose and sometimes they get infected and can cause these kinds of issues. I make sure the permanent sutures are removed less than 6 days in order to avoid suture tracks. Usually these kind of problems subside within a couple of months. In the meantime they can be covered with a makeup with SPF.

First of all, congratulations on your procedure! As far as healing is concerned, its difficult to determine without any pictures.  It also is important to know what kind of sutures and sizes were used to determine the likelihood of that closing up after a small infection.  I suggest you follow up with your surgeon and keep him abreast of all the changes to ensure happy healing.  Best of luck!

Postoperatively, after a lip lift, you can anticipate bruising and swelling that will be noticeable to you and others for about 1 week. After the sutures are removed or dissolve, depending on the type used, there will be redness along the incision line for 4-6 weeks but this can be covered with makeup. Sometimes the upper lip lift is overcorrected with the initial procedure and will slowly assume its final position over weeks to months. 
It is extremely difficult to provide you advice without photos and with your stated infection complication. An in-person evaluation by your surgeon would be critical at this stage.
