Should I consider another lip lift revision or could it make things worse than they are due to scar tissue? (Photo)

Lip lift 6/2015, revision 5/2017. I thought it was going to be the bull horn/ subnasal procedure instead the incision was under the nostril area only lifting the middle of the lip. It had a rabbit look but has finally settled down a bot after laser and twice daily massage to break up scar tissue. I hate the independents areas of my lip and the lines that have formed. The sutures and the skin for lack of a better word were bunched together .
