Hello and thank you for your question. Based on your basal view photograph, you may benefit from a Revision with a Nasal Tip Deprojection and placement of a mastoid fascia graft to provide better tip symmetry. The frontal view is blurry and difficult to evaluate. With good surgical technique, you could have an outstanding result. I recommend that you seek consultation with a qualified board-certified rhinoplasty surgeon who can evaluate you in person.

Most of tip asymmetries are caused by improper tip (alar) cartilage resting angle, strength and symmetry. Even milimeters matter is that matter. It appears to be right side lateral leg of tip cartilage is weaker than the left, hence to inward arching. One would need to reopen the tip, and perform a tip plasty from scratch, equilizing the foremost bending of tip cartilages (nasal domes) and supporting the lateral crura with grafting.

This can be a common problem after open rhinoplasty due to scar tissue. That said, you have 2 options… surgical revision or placement of a structural long acting filler like Volux. I would try filler first with surgery as last resort.
