Asymmetrical nose tip - how can this be fixed? (Photos)

Noseknowsnothing
I had a septo rhinoplasty. Unfortunately something went askew. I believe a LCSG became warped early during the healing process. I can literally feel it pushed forward plus you can see it / feel it. Sometimes it hard to breath well. In addition to this the cartilage on my nose is off and actually looks like a section is missing. I feel botched. Is there anything that can be done to fix this? My PS claims if he tried to it may look worse. Suggested adding filler. Thanks for any insight
