What is the maximum amount of kenalog injections that can be used to target scar tissue formation after rhinoplasty?

I developed a polybeak in the supratip area of my nose and the sides after rhinoplasty. Had 3 Kenalog injections but did not work. What is the maximum amount of kenalog shots that can be given to me and what happens if kenalog shots still does not work?

Sometimes fullness of the super tip is due to an excessively High Bridge, just above the tip. Occasionally, revision rhinoplasty needs to be performed to lower this cartilage. If you have not responded to three Kenalog injections, and if the area above your tip is firm to the touch, this may indeed be cartilage. I hope this helps. Sincerely, Dr Joseph
