Will Rhinoplasty stretch your skin, in particular, the area of your eyes?

I am thinking to have an Asian rhinoplasty like nasal tip and nasal dorsum augmentation but I am wondering would it stretch my skin too much especially the eyes?

Having a dorsal augmentation during your rhinoplasty will stretch the overlying skin but shouldn't affect the appearance of your eyes long-term.  I prefer to use the patient's own tissue (autologous) instead of implants for Asian rhinoplasties due to the decreased risk of complications associated with foreign bodies.  I recommend a consultation with a rhinoplasty surgeon who is familiar with Asian noses.

This is a very common question amongst Asian patients contemplating rhinoplasty surgery to augment the nasal dorsum.  In general, most patients do not experience significant stretching of the skin such that the eyes will be drawn closer together.  Please consult with a board certified specialist who can assist you with achieving the results you seek.  3D computer imaging will also help you visualize what you may look like afterwards.
