I would like to get the lower half of the narrower, both the nostrils as well as the lower portion of your nasal bone.the tip area needs more definition by strengthening the cartilages and removing some fast.any steps you take during surgery will need to prevent over rotation of your nose, so that you don't looking "piggy".

The width of the base of your nostrils can be reduced with alar base modification, and the width of the tip of your nose can be reduced with some tip refinement.  Reducing the two in conjunction will maintain the balance of your nose, while reducing it in size and width and giving it a more feminine and attractive appearance.
