Is rhinoplasty revision surgery possible for me? (Photo)

Hello and thank you for your question. Based on your photograph, you may benefit from a tip refining revision rhinoplasty. Your surgeon can accomplish this by trimming, suturing, and reshaping the cartilage in your lower nose. Cartilage grafts may also be used to help improve tip refinement. Narrowing of the mid-vault would also be helpful. With good surgical technique, you could have an outstanding result. I recommend that you seek consultation with a qualified board-certified rhinoplasty surgeon who can evaluate you in person.

It seems, from these photos, that the bridge is wide because the nasal bones are set apart from each other. Narrowing the bones would help with the upper half of the nose. It's harder to tell about the tip, because these photos are also mostly frontal views.

I'd be interested in the 3/4 and profile views, too, though, because these images make it seem as though the tip might look big to you because it sits low, and elevating the tip might be one of the main tasks of a revision.
Remember that rhinoplasty is an exquisitely difficult operation to get right, and you should only have surgery if you are able to make yourself very confident in your surgeon's skills. The changes that your nose needs require advanced techniques, and skill that most plastic surgeons don't possess with expertise. It's much better to not have surgery than to have inexpertly-performed surgery.
