Hi, I use to have a crooked nose with a bump, my surgeon performed a Septorhinoplasty on me (as I had a deviated septum also) apparently there was a complication that left me with a very wide bridge. He reshaped the top of my nose but it left it look bulbous. Can anything be done to improve the width of the bridge and (or) smaller tip? Also, I think I have thick skin on the tip, thanks
