8 months ago I had a rhinoplasty with a solid rib graft. I have developed a bump on the top of the graft which is visible. I thought this would go over time however there has not been any improvement. The bump itself it quite hard and I suspect that it might be the graft which is too big and causing this. What are my options getting this resolved? Will I require a revision rhinoplasty or can this be rasped down?

Hello and thank you for your question. It really depends on how tight your upper lip is. You may be able to wait three months and then have revision Rhinoplasty. I recommend that you seek consultation with a qualified board-certified rhinoplasty surgeon who can evaluate you in person.
