Lower cartilage popping out & upper bone bumpy - is this normal 11 months post rhinoplasty? (Photos)

There are many reasons for this contour irregularity. The most common that I see is a disruption of the smooth transition from the nasal bones to the upper lateral cartilages in the mid-vault (the middle part of the bridge/dorsum). I would go back to your surgeon and express your concern.

Based on your photos, you appear to have a bit of a wide and somewhat c-shaped nasal appearance. The black circle appears to be around the sidewall of your nose that is less prominence. Hello and thank you for your question. Based on your photographs, you may benefit from a revision. Maneuvers for your surgery could include osteotomies, placement of spreader grafts, placement of a dorsal fascial onlay graft, among other maneuvers.
