So I've had this for a while now and my doctor said to wait on my year mark. It seems like I have a lower cartilage popping out and the left side of the upper bone is also bumpy. I'm nervous this will be permanent and will have to look out for a possible revision.

Answer: Revision rhinoplasty Hello and thank you for your question. Based on your photographs, you may benefit from a revision. Maneuvers for your surgery could include osteotomies, placement of spreader grafts, placement of a dorsal fascial onlay graft, among other maneuvers. With good surgical technique, you could have an outstanding result. I recommend that you seek consultation with a qualified board-certified rhinoplasty surgeon who can evaluate you in person. Best wishes and good luck. Richard G. Reish, M.D. Harvard-trained plastic surgeon
