Lower cartilage popping out & upper bone bumpy - is this normal 11 months post rhinoplasty? (Photos)

There are many reasons for this contour irregularity. The most common that I see is a disruption of the smooth transition from the nasal bones to the upper lateral cartilages in the mid-vault (the middle part of the bridge/dorsum). I would go back to your surgeon and express your concern.

Based on your photos, you appear to have a bit of a wide and somewhat c-shaped nasal appearance. The black circle appears to be around the sidewall of your nose that is less prominence.
