Hello, i have 1 year and 3 month from my last rhinoplasty , this was the first surgery for me , my problem is my nose is more wider , looking more fat and big, and not even straight , before my nose was slimmer, and in the middle i not feel the bone , i can see a little hard in it , i think is still swelling , i have it an open rhinoplasty , and 4 month ago i do 1 shot of steroid injection , but i can see is not help me , doctor tell me i have thick skin , he cant slim more, what i can do ?

There are many reasons for this contour irregularity. The most common that I see is a disruption of the smooth transition from the nasal bones to the upper lateral cartilages in the mid-vault (the middle part of the bridge/dorsum). I would go back to your surgeon and express your concern.
