Rhinoplasty swelling after a year and more & doctor said he can't slim it anymore, what can I do? (Photos)

It's impossible to comment on the feasibility of nasal narrowing without examining you, and without seeing your preoperative photos. That said, you appear to have a crooked nasal appearance at the base of your nose, and that is something that should be able to be repaired. Since you are hitting a brick wall with your surgeon, consider meeting with another reputable rhinoplasty specialist, and please bring a copy of your operative report and pre-operative photos to your consultation so you can get the best out of it. Hello and thank you for your question. Based on your photographs, you may benefit from a tip refining revision rhinoplasty. Your surgeon can accomplish this by trimming, suturing, and reshaping the cartilage in your lower nose. Cartilage grafts may also be used to help improve tip refinement. This could also be designed to improve the overall symmetry of your nose. With good surgical technique, you could have an outstanding result. I recommend that you seek consultation with a qualified board-certified rhinoplasty surgeon who can evaluate you in person.
