I had a lip lift 2 weeks ago, how long do I have to wait for a revision rhinoplasty?

Unfortunately I needed to get a revision rhinoplasty and I had to go back to my original rhinoplasty surgeon. I also wanted to get a lip lift but he doesn't have experience doing lip lifts so I had to get it with another surgeon. I got the lip lift first so I can get the rhinoplasty right after, so I didn't have to wait. Because if you get a rhino first you have to wait at least 3 months. But my rhino surgeon wants me to wait at least 2 months now. What do I do? Thankyou, appreciate it
