Hello! I recently had my blood work done a week prior to my surgery and everything came back great, excluding my Prothrombin Time. Will I be cleared for Rhinoplasty with an INR of 1.2?

Releasing the attachment of the upper lip at the base of the nasal septum and anterior nasal spine can bring down the position of the philtrum and with it of the upper lip. It may not achieve everything that you would like to achieve but it would make a difference.

There are many things that can be done to the nose. Your goals appear to be reasonable so it is important to communicate these with your surgeon during your consultation. A good rhinoplasty surgeon should be able to explain how to get there.
