I want a nose like Natalie Portman- if it's possible. I want to know if it is possible or not. She seems to have thin skin on her nose. Is this possible to achieve? What would be done? Is it an "extreme" procedure?

You are a great Candidate for Rhinoplasty, surgical instruments known as rasps and osteotomies (hammer and chisel) are used to reshape the nasal bones by removing the hump and/or narrowing the nasal bone width. These tools are relatively imprecise and their use can lead to contour irregularities, etc. if not used in the proper manner. Recently, a technology that uses sound waves has been developed to contour nasal bones in a precise and far less traumatic way when compared to traditional techniques. Ultrasonic, or Piezo, Rhinoplasty is now the most advanced technology available for minimally traumatic nasal bone reshaping and hump removal during Rhinoplasty. There will be hardly any bruising and swelling which will make the recovery period a lot easier for the patient.

To achieve a predictable and stable result, structural rhinoplasty involving reduction of the nasal bones and septum, and placement of stabilizing cartilage grafts to secure the bridge. Further, tip cartilage would be manipulated by reduction, shaping with sutures, and reinforcement with cartilage grafts as well. This would give you a similar result as Natalie (who had a rhinoplasty as well).

Answer: Rhinoplasty for a more feminine and attractive face. Rhinoplasty for a more feminine and attractive face. You can have a nose similar to hers IF you select a very experienced surgeon who does that you like. Look at their results in dozens of noses and don’t rely on imaging !
