Thank you for your question and photo. You are a great Candidate for Rhinoplasty, surgical instruments known as rasps and osteotomies (hammer and chisel) are used to reshape the nasal bones by removing the hump and/or narrowing the nasal bone width. These tools are relatively imprecise and their use can lead to contour irregularities, etc. if not used in the proper manner. Recently, a technology that uses sound waves has been developed to contour nasal bones in a precise and far less traumatic way when compared to traditional techniques. Ultrasonic, or Piezo, Rhinoplasty is now the most advanced technology available for minimally traumatic nasal bone reshaping and hump removal during Rhinoplasty. There will be hardly any bruising and swelling which will make the recovery period a lot easier for the patient.
If your nose has become wider due to surgery, it would be possible to correct it without much difficulty. If the bridge of the nose is relatively wide due to its development, it is important for us to find out whether there is anything else creating base width. A CT scan or an MRI scan can identify the anatomy in the area and ensure that it is safe to do surgery to narrow the bridge.Ultrasonic rhinoplasty can often produce more substantial changes in the contour of the bridge by combining repositioning of the nasal bones and reduction in thickness. The key however is to make sure that there is no anatomical danger to operating in the area and the imaging will provide this answer.

If you would like a less narrow nose, rhinoplasty can help to give you that. I recommend you schedule a consultation with a board certified plastic surgeon to discuss your goals further. Best of luck.
The goals that you request in your photograph is probably attainable. The ultimate answer may be provided after consultation with the board certified plastic surgeon that performs a lot of rhinoplasty's that can evaluate the texture of your skin cartilage and bony structure and see if it is indeed a realistic outcome.
There are many things that can be done to the nose. Your goals appear to be reasonable so it is important to communicate these with your surgeon during your consultation. A good rhinoplasty surgeon should be able to explain how to get there.
