Really worried about bad rhinoplasty? Feels too small, upturned & big ball in nose tip (Photos)

Hello! I would like a second opinion because my doctor say everything it's fine but I'm not sure and I start to feel that I just had a bad Rinoplasthy and I'm been feeling really down. I had a crooked nose and big nose. I feel like My Nostrils are showing way too much. Also I feel like my nose it's way to small for my face, also way to upturn and looks really piggy un front. I'm really worried about that. I also have a big ball in the tip of my nose it's this normal ?

Thank you for your question and photos. It’s important to know how long ago your rhinoplasty procedure was performed to make a proper assessment. It’s not uncommon for surgeons to over-rotate the nose tip upward since it generally drops as the nose begins to heal. Without this step, it's possible for the nasal tip to droop downward. It would be best to assess your results after the initial swelling has gone down, which generally occurs between the 4-6 month mark post-surgery, though the nose can continue to change for up to a year. If you’re still unsatisfied with your results at that time, a revision can be performed to lower the tip, reduce the nostril show, and reshape the nose to achieve your desired result. 
It’s essential to know that each subsequent nose surgery becomes more complex due to the loss of structural support, scar tissue, and other factors. The importance of experience, expertise, and artistry cannot be overstated. I recommend scheduling an in-person consultation with an experienced, board-certified facial plastic surgeon, with expertise in rhinoplasty techniques. They will be able to review your surgical history and concerns to determine the best course of action for you.

I am not sure at what point these photos were taken after surgery, but it is not uncommon for swelling to be asymmetric and go down in different periods of time as some areas of the nose retain swelling for longer. I would discuss with your surgeon.

Based on your narrative and your photos, it's not clear when your surgery was performed. On front view, you appeared to have nostril retraction and tip asymmetry. Depending upon your examination, microdroplet Silikon-1000 nasal injections may be considered for nostril lowering and for improving your nostril asymmetry. in general, it's best to do these procedures when your nostril margins are soft and free of surgical swelling.
