4th nose operation - are there any realistic surgical options to improve breathing? (Photos)

I've had four surgeries to correct an old sports injury (rhinoplasty 2012, revision rhino 2016, septoplasty 2021, and sinus surgery last July). Yet my breathing is worse than ever and my nose is still deviated. My last surgeon said the tissues bled as soon as he touched them so he avoided straightening the septum. At this stage, are there any realistic surgical options to improve my breathing (which is also dry) given the risk of scar tissue? I'm 37, healthy and do not smoke.
