What is wrong with my nose? Do I need a revision? (Photo)

Hey! I had a revision rhinoplasty on Jan 2019 which did partially help but I have these deep shadows on the sides of my nose above my nostrils. Can anyone tell me what happened? My right side also partially collapses when I breathe.

Hi @zannasiry. Thank you for sharing your photos. I would recommend waiting a full year before judging the outcome of your nose. Swelling can take up to two years to fully subside. Best of luck, Dr. Nima

One of the techniques we use to lengthen a columella so the nose sticks out further from the face is with a columella strut graft. Depending how these grafts are placed, Cstruts can lead to a narrower nasal base appearance. Hope this is helpful! Sincerely, Dr Joseph
