Hey! I had a revision rhinoplasty on Jan 2019 which did partially help but I have these deep shadows on the sides of my nose above my nostrils. Can anyone tell me what happened? My right side also partially collapses when I breathe.

Depending upon your examination, microdroplet Silikon-1000 injections maybe considered for filling deep supra-alar creases that could be leading to shadowing. Your upper bridge could also be raised several millimeters for a slightly more pleasing profile appearance. Hope this helps! Dr Joseph

Hello! First of all thank you for your question.I have evaluated your case regarding the information you provided and your photos.
It looks like there is a slight supra-tip fullness and lack of tip projection a few mm. Anyway, the deep shadow lines above the nostril can't be changed that much. I can recommend you a revision rhinoplasty surgery. You may need a cartilage reconstruction especially for the tip projection.
