All google results bring back a bifid tip, which is the opposite of what I have. It's not a depression, but more of a ridge. I've gotten no answers. Are there any professionals that have seen this before or have a clue? I would also like to know the abuse of my left nostril resembling that of a camel and what can be done to fix it.
