based on your limited photos, you appear to have a bump involving your lower bridge and this is either cartilage or an implant, depending on what was performed. The raised vertical line involving your nasal tip May be the same. Consider obtaining a copy of your operative report and consultation with another rhinoplasty specialist to gain clarity. A ridge on the nose is going to be either cartilage or bone that is palpable or visible through the skin. In a less common situation it could be some soft tissue something like a tissue band or a blood vessel.
If you don't like the appearance, see a facial plastic surgeon who should be able to reduce this. Remember, reduce, but not necessarily eliminate!
