I would like to fix my crooked nose, but am worried the surgery will make it worse. I was told I have thick skin. I would just want to make it straight/more symmetrical... I would be happy if it looked a better shape, but I don't require that if it's unrealistic or would make the surgery less likely to be successful. Are these things that I can expect to be fixed? Or is it very complicated/high likelihood of failure?
