You need to wait 12-18 months for swelling to fully subside. I would definitely go see your surgeon and ask for guidance including potential steroid injections. You should see an actual plastic surgeon (trained in plastic surgery residency and ideally aesthetic plastic fellowship) who specializes in rhinoplasty. Best of luck.

Nine months sounds like a long time, But a slight asymmetry on front view May in fact get better with time. An examination would be necessary to determine whether this is swelling or cartilage. Hi there! At 9 months, there is still time for swelling to resolve. It can take 12-15 months in some patients to work itself out. Once the swelling resolves, any asymmetries left may need to be fixed surgically. The front view takes longer to finalize than the profile. I would continue to follow-up with your surgeon. Taping can help with swelling. Once the proper amount of time elapses, a possible revision can be addressed. Hope this helps!
