Question

I asked to make my nose thinner, deprojected, feminine, my nostrils smaller. All that I got but I wanted to keep my length of my nose and I feel it got cut off instead. It is a bit shorten.I am very unhappy and miserable. See pictures before and after

In person exam is essential as well as review of your op-report and pre-op photos. Based on limited photos - it appears that improvements can be achieved through a closed technique.
I suggest that you consult with an experienced Board Certified PS

I suspect with time, you will "get used to" your new nose. Based on your results, revision rhinoplasty may not be the best option for you. Nasal lengthening is difficult to achieve with revision, so please be cautious. Hope this helps you. Dr Joseph
