This has been my 3rd op - please don't judge me, I'm not a surgery addict. The second op was great, but I stupidly obsessed about somet tip asymmetry. The 2nd surgeon agreed to do a tip revision for the asymmetry. I unfortunately asked him to raise the tip a little bit and he cut too much from my columella too. The nostrils are also unnaturally close and the tip is flat from the front. My philtrum looks longer, I can't recognize myself. Is there anything to do? Please help!

In person exam is essential as well as review of your op-report and pre-op photos. Based on limited photos - it appears that improvements can be achieved through a closed technique.
