Is it possible to get a smaller, more defined nose after rib rhinoplasty that left me with a big, bulbous and long nose? I am in depression and hates myself with the long columella, too long and bulbous nose!!! What should i do?

Much more information is needed, such as a copy of the operative report, and a full set of facial photographs from all angles, since the nose is a three dimensional structure. It's also important to know how much cartilage is left over on the inside of the nose for potential grafting purposes....
In person exam is essential as well as review of your op-report and pre-op photos. Based on limited photos - it appears that improvements can be achieved through a closed technique.
