Revision rhinoplasty for asymmetrical indentation (photos)

Question

Hi I had a reduction rhinoplasty about a year and a half ago to reduce the length of my nose. It’s now more indented on one side. Im considering a revision. I’m also not quite happy with the shape of my nose it became much wider after this operation. I’m trying to decide if I should only correct the dent, correct the dent and further shape my nose, or leave it alone together. Thanks

Adding filler to your left supra-alar crease for improved tip symmetry may be considered for a straighter and more symmetrical tip appearance. If you have breathing problems, or if you are looking to achieve a narrower and straighter tip appearance, revision surgery may be necessary. Hope this helps! Dr Joseph

Much more information is needed, such as a copy of the operative report, and a full set of facial photographs from all angles, since the nose is a three dimensional structure. It's also important to know how much cartilage is left over on the inside of the nose for potential grafting purposes. Revision rhinoplasty is more difficult than a primary rhinoplasty
