I received jaw surgery due to protrusion of mouth roughly two years ago but ever since then my nose feels longer/drooping. When I raise my nose with my fingers it also gets easier to breathe. Is it physically possible revise a past nasal tipplasty to shorten the vertical nose length and make the nose overall shorter/daintier? I’ve attached a picture of where my jaw begins and where my nasal base currently does
