Revision rhinoplasty - can my alar base look natural/normal like before? (Photo)

My nose looks like pig from front view. What can done to my nose to improve my nose not to look like pig? Can my alar base look natural/normal like my alar before? If you see my old photos, should I get alar reduction? I think I have retracted columella and hanging ala?
