Revision rhinoplasty - can my alar base look natural/normal like before? (Photo)

My nose looks like pig from front view. What can done to my nose to improve my nose not to look like pig? Can my alar base look natural/normal like my alar before? If you see my old photos, should I get alar reduction? I think I have retracted columella and hanging ala?

Based on your picture, you would need a modified Wier alar based excision with potential alar/piriform pexy to adjust any asymmetry in height. Make sure to consult with a board certified plastic surgeon well versed in rhinoplasty revisions. Best of luck !

First of all, this is a very minute amount of asymmetry or unevenness. In fact, I'm pretty sure most surgeons would tell you to leave this alone. Plastic surgery, and especially rhinoplasty, is not a surgery of perfection but rather of improvement. That means you will always have some asymmetry...
