My nose looks like pig from front view. What can done to my nose to improve my nose not to look like pig? Can my alar base look natural/normal like my alar before? If you see my old photos, should I get alar reduction? I think I have retracted columella and hanging ala?

Based on your picture, you would need a modified Wier alar based excision with potential alar/piriform pexy to adjust any asymmetry in height.
