I’ve had a rhinoplasty done years ago and had to live with uneven nostrils since then. My left nostril (picture’s right) is visibly higher and I constantly wish something is “inserted” to bring it down. Any advice on what would be the best procedure to get this corrected?

It's always possible to remove the rib graft but the question is whether you would want to / if it's a good idea. I would check with your surgeon, and if s/he is not able to give you a decent answer, then get your op note and bring it to someone else who can further guide you.
