Alar asymmetry became noticeably apparent after having alar base reduction and rhinoplasty for a bifid tip over 5 years ago. My right nostril is set higher and wider than my left. Is there a solution to this problem?

First of all, this is a very minute amount of asymmetry or unevenness. In fact, I'm pretty sure most surgeons would tell you to leave this alone. Plastic surgery, and especially rhinoplasty, is not a surgery of perfection but rather of improvement. That means you will always have some asymmetry...
Though you may have a slight indentation along the sidewall of your nose, the front view of your nose does not appear excessively wide, in my opinion. If you would be satisfied with achieving a straight nasal profile, depending on your examination, microdroplet Silikon-1000 injections maybe...
It's always possible to remove the rib graft but the question is whether you would want to / if it's a good idea. I would check with your surgeon, and if s/he is not able to give you a decent answer, then get your op note and bring it to someone else who can further guide you.
