Once your nostrils have been reduced it is impossible to reconstruct them without visible scarring. At this point your nostrils do not look bad overall. The risk of a revision includes nostrils looking worst than before. It is safer to leave it alone. Regards Dr. J

You need to have someone look inside your nose. It is possible that you may have scar tissue or a perforation/hole in the septum. A saddle nose itself will not cause breathing issues, but oftentimes a saddle nose presents with a septal perforation, which CAN cause breathing problems. It does...
