Hello, My Surgeon built up my bridge using cartilage grafts. I do not like my bridge as it is to high for my face. Also the graft changed my side profile , which I was happy with. Can I get these Cartilage grafts removed? Also, if the are removed with these somewhat restore my old side profile ?
