I've had rhinoplasty three years ago I like was happy with my results all I got was tip and narrowing done I was hesitant of getting alarppasty and dorsal augmentation I didn't want it to look to done. My nose was a whole lot bigger before . I just want to build up my dorsum. A more defined and taller bridge. So I guess what I want would be dorsal argumentation. Am I a candidate?

Answer: Dorsal augmentation Carrie- it is likely that you are a candidate but from your picture, it is difficult to comment further. All of the celebrity pictures you attached certainly do have higher dorsums but also have improved tip definition and more narrow base width. If those are the noses that are guiding you for your own, dorsal augmentation alone will not suffice. Please schedule an in-person consultation with an experienced revision rhinoplasty surgeon that is also versed in ethnic Rhinoplasty. That way you can find out what your options truly are.Best wishes

Answer: Revision rhinoplasty to build up the dorsum Revision rhinoplasty is more difficult than a primary rhinoplasty, therefore a full set of facial photographs from all angles and an in-person examination is going to be required. In addition, it would be helpful to have a copy of the operative report in addition to knowing how much cartilage is left over on the inside of the nose for grafting purposes. Thick skin in the tip of the nose will prevent refinement in that area.
