A dorsal augmentation will raise your bridge and aid somewhat in defintron but the pictures you show are all of people with much thinner skin.  Altering the framework doesn’t change the skin, so those goal pictures are not achievable.

Hi Carrie.  I would need to see better photos and different views such as a side view to really know what the possibilities are, but it does appear that you would benefit from dorsal augmentation.  Just make sure that you go to a surgeon who does alot of this type of surgery.  Good luck.

Carrie- it is likely that you are a candidate but from your picture, it is difficult to comment further. All of the celebrity pictures you attached certainly do have higher dorsums but also have improved tip definition and more narrow base width. If those are the noses that are guiding you for your own, dorsal augmentation alone will not suffice. Please schedule an in-person consultation with an experienced revision rhinoplasty surgeon that is also versed in ethnic Rhinoplasty.  Revision rhinoplasty is more difficult than a primary rhinoplasty, therefore a full set of facial photographs from all angles and an in-person examination is going to be required.  In addition, it would be helpful to have a copy of the operative report in addition to knowing how much cartilage is left over on the inside of the nose for grafting purposes.  Thick skin in the tip of the nose will prevent refinement in that area.
