Question

Is it normal for my tip to look this way after a tip rhinoplasty revision I am very concerned because I feel as the more the swelling goes down the more what appears to be cartilage or whatever it is, is more visible!! I am 5 months post op . Will this in fact round out ? Or what will I need to correct this ? Another surgery?? Fillers??? If so Any great revision surgeons in Chicago??

Unfortunately you are seeing the sharp outline of your tip cartilage and as swelling resolves it will not improve and may be more obvious.  A revision to reduce tip projection slightly and soften the tip should improve it a great deal but you need to wait until 1 year after your rhinoplasty for the most predictable results.
