I feel like I have Micheal Jackson nose after Rhinoplasty. What can be done to fix this? (photos)

 It is impossible to give an answer to your question without either an examination or much better photographs as described on websites. Make sure you see a very experienced revision rhinoplasty surgeon for this and do not rely on Imaging but rather actual results the surgeon is done.

You can benefit from a revision rhinoplasty to narrow and bring the balance on your nose. You can have more symmetric, smaller, well proportioned nose. It's hard to say exactly what you need without seeing the outside and inside of your nose. It's unfortunate that you don't like your nose but there are ways to make it better. Consider a consultation to discuss the details of what you need non surgical or surgical. Best wishes

A full set of photographs from all angles are required to make a determination about how best to proceed. Revision rhinoplasty is more difficult that a primary rhinoplasty, so  an in-person examination is required. It's important to know how much Cartilage is left over on the inside of the nose for potential grafting purposes. Obtain your operative reports for your next surgeon.
