Is it possible to restore a natural boubous shape to the nose after 1st surgery narrowed it? (photos)

Thanks for the question and photos. As you alluded to in your question, it’s still pretty early in the healing process. I would recommend leaving the nose alone for now and following up as scheduled with your surgeon. Give it another 6-10 months to get a better sense of where the nose is going to end up. If at that point you are not liking the tip shape, discuss the issues with your surgeon or seek a consultation or two with a rhinoplasty specialist. Computer imaging can help you understand what’s possible with revision rhinoplasty. Also, nonsurgical rhinoplasty (filler placement) can be safe and effective with long-term correction, though it should only be done by very experienced injectors. Especially in someone who has had a prior nasal surgery... That could be another way to widen your tip if you feel it is too narrow. Best wishes!Dr. Mehta 

 Since it has only been two months, you're still in the healing process. Only contemplate a revision nasal tip Surgery after one year. In the meantime, best follow with your operative surgeon to address your concerns.
