I had my primary rhinoplasty done 18 months ago. I've realized how much I miss my nose bridge. It used to be more convex and now it's more scooped and "feminine" but I don't like it because it doesn't fit my face and I don't like my tip being the most prominent part of my nose. Is it realistic for revision to rebuild my nose bridge with cartilage to resemble the morphs in my photos? All I did was add to my bridge.
