My septum is supposedly straight now after a septorhinoplasty but it seems the cartilages are still offset/crooked. I also still don't breathe out of the left side very well. The upper part looks crooked and the tip/most is look twisted. Based off of the provided photos, are there any experts that can clearly identify the issue(s)?

I think you have a deviated bony dorsum due to previous trauma.
If your septum is straight, straightening your bony bridge with oseotomy will help you to have more symmetrical nose. Left side obstruction may also be derived from depressed left bony wall, and it can be fixed with proper osteotomy...
