I had a septorhinoplasty and turbinate reduction due to a broken nose, deviated septum, and enlarged turbinates. However, my septum is straight but my nose is still dented in on the left and points to the right. Also still having breathing issues out of the left side and after a follow up, the doctor did acknowledge that the left nasal passage was still much more narrow than the right. How can more symmetry and better breathing be achieved?
