My main concern with my nose is this curve/crooked I have on the bottom left side of my nose. I would love to have that natural contour look from the front of my nose without bumps/crookedness. This crookedness appeared after my first rhinoplasty and was the main concern that was explicitly mentioned to the second surgeon who did my revision. Why is this crookedness still there? Is it difficult to remove due to its location? I really hate the front and 3/4th view as you can really see the bump.
