My right alar is too short, causing my nose to appear short from the front view. Can it be fixed?

Yes, an alarplasty can be done to revise that sort of thing and it can typically be done right in the office. Yours is minimally different but if desired can be done.

Hello! Thank you for your question.As far as I can see from your photos your nose seem very deprojected and it seems like you do not have a columella. This things are cause unnatural looking. With revision rhinoplasty you will have more natural and harmonized nose. If you can provide photos with better lighting, from the side of your face and 1 meter away I would be able to make a proper evaluation. It would be more convenient to decide with face-to-face consultation. Best Regards!
