Will my nose look natural if I do revision rhinoplasty? I did my rhinoplasty 7 months ago and I’m not satisfied with the result. I end up with a narrow nasal side bone from the top and big upturned tip. I searched to know what my nose need as revision rhinoplasty to look natural and I thinks it need 1- re-widen nasal bridge using spreader graft 2- down the upturned tip 3- elevate (augment) nasal bridge alittle bit But my question is can both ear cartilage be enough? Or rib cartilage is a must in
