It has been 2 years since my rhinoplasty and I feel like the initial results are changing. Like my collumella seems to be falling as well as my tip? Does this warrant a revision? I had strutting placed to keep my tip up as my natural nose was droopy, and a ligament was cut too but when I smile the droop seems to have returned! Any advice is appreciated. Thank you for your time
