Revision or quick fix? (Photo)

Rev Rhino in June 2021, not happy w tip outcome. Orig surgeon suggested quick in office procedure to add soft tissue to tip. Not sure if that is the best solution (although easiest). I think one side of the nose is too long and it's causing a dent and shadowing right in the middle of the nose. Do I move forward with quick fix or re open the nose entirely? Filler is not an option as I had an issue w vascular compression.
