Hello I’ve had my rhinoplasty for 7 months now and I’ve started to notice this weird line or dent on my nose which gives the illusion I have two alar creases and now I’m wondering what I should do to correct this

Based on your photos, you appear to have asymmetrical supra Aylor creases, along with a symmetrical nostril retraction. All of these issues may be improved upon with micro droplet Silikon 1000 injections for a permanent resolution. I hope this helps. Sincerely, Dr. Joseph

Hello and thank you for your question. At seven months postop it is still very normal to be swollen. If this persists, an alar batten graft in a revision would likely fix this and appropriately tensioning the tip as well. I recommend that you seek consultation with a qualified board-certified rhinoplasty surgeon who can evaluate you in person.
