How long should I wait before a third rhinoplasty after my second revision?

Question

Ten months ago, I underwent rhinoseptoplasty using rib cartilage. However, I'm dissatisfied with the result as my nose has become longer than it was before. Is it possible to undergo a third rhinoplasty after implantation, and how long should I wait before doing so? I can't accept myself because my nose is now as long as it was before the first surgery. I’m 29 years old woman, weight 56 kg, thick skin type. Thx

Hello and thank you for your question. The best answer to this depends on your own individual anatomy. Some revisions I will do as soon as eight months, whereas other cases we wait longer than one year. It really depends on how much swelling you have. I recommend that you seek consultation with a qualified board-certified rhinoplasty surgeon who can evaluate you in person.
