How long should I wait before a third rhinoplasty after my second revision?

Ten months ago, I underwent rhinoseptoplasty using rib cartilage. However, I'm dissatisfied with the result as my nose has become longer than it was before. Is it possible to undergo a third rhinoplasty after implantation, and how long should I wait before doing so? I can't accept myself because my nose is now as long as it was before the first surgery. I’m 29 years old woman, weight 56 kg, thick skin type. Thx

Based on your photos, you appear to have asymmetrical supra Aylor creases, along with a symmetrical nostril retraction. All of these issues may be improved upon with micro droplet Silikon 1000 injections for a permanent resolution. I hope this helps. Sincerely, Dr. Joseph

Hello and thank you for your question. You should definitely be seen for a second opinion consultation. At one year postop, that would never work and should never be done to a patient. I recommend that you seek consultation with a qualified board-certified rhinoplasty surgeon who can evaluate...

If your rhinoplasty surgery was longer than one year ago, after breaking your nose, your current deformity will be free of swelling within two months in my opinion. If you like, consider asking you a question with photographs. I hope this helps. Sincerely, Dr. Joseph

Hello and thank you for your question. Based on your photographs, you may benefit from a revision in order to de-rotate and deproject your tip and decrease nostril exposure. The way to do this is to open the nose, release all scar tissue and Place extended spreader gtagts to de-rotate the tip....

Hello and thank you for your question. Based on your photographs, you may benefit from a Revision in order to straighten your nose. There are many different maneuvers that could be performed to help achieve this, including osteotomies, extended spreader grafts, and extended alar contour grafts....

Although a hanging columella may require surgery to lift it, when somebody gets notching and excessive nostril show after rhinoplasty surgery, several millimeters of nostril lowering may be achieved with artful microdroplet Silikon-1000. I hope this helps. Sincerely, Dr Joseph
