Hi, This could be a few different things ... It could be a spreader graft sticking above the septum. It could be the septum itself that is deviated and protruding above the level of the nasal bones and upper lateral cartilages. It could be a dorsal onlay graft. Those are a few possibilities but this really requires an in person examination and operative note to have a better idea. The best 1st step is to see your surgeon and ask them. Hope this helps. You could fix this with a revision by placing a fascial onlay graft during surgery. Alternatively, you may even be able to help improve this with some micro droplet of filler injection. It appears that you may have an open roof where there's a slight gap between the septum and your nasal bones after the hump removal. A revision rhinoplasty with. Medial and lateral osteotomies. should be able to close that gap.
